Keith grew up working for his grandfather at Fischbeck Welding, Inc and is now the proud owner and President. Keith attended Southwest Texas State University and has been working in the steel industry for 40 years.  Keith is a 6th generation New Braunfels native and an active member of his community. He participates in the Wurstfest Association by serving on the board of directors and is a member of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Association of General Contractors. As an avid outdoors-man he enjoys, hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. Keith enjoys teaching his grandchildren how to make homemade sausage and hunt. He has passed on the love for the outdoors to his children and grandchildren, as he believes that tradition and culture are important.

kimberly wersterfer

Accounting

Kimberly runs the accounting department at Fischbeck Welding, Inc and has for 40 years. Kimberly and her husband Keith have been married for 40 years, raised 3 kids, and have 4 grandchildren. As a native of New Braunfels, Kimberly takes great pride in her family’s German heritage. In addition to volunteering at the Sophienburg Museum and serving on the board, she serves a supporting role as an Oma to her husband Keith in the Wurstfest Association. Traveling with her husband and friends is a joy of Kimberly’s. Some of her favorites are spending family time in the kitchen making homemade sausage,gardening, canning pickles, and German cookies. Her favorite activity is being Omie to her 4 grandchildren.

Steve is a San Antonio native and has 38 years of experience in the steel industry. Steve has been with Fischbeck Welding, Inc for 13 years and is the Vice President of Development. He lives for trips to the coast with his wife of 38 years, Mary, where he spends time fishing. He also enjoys gardening and volunteers for a Wildlife Rescue Organization.
